This system allows individuals and organisations to pre-purchase credits that can later be used for editing and consulting services. This helps you avoid losing funds at the end of the fiscal period and ensures that your research budget is used effectively and efficiently.

The XpertScientific credit system also streamlines the order process. As long as you have a sufficient credit balance, new orders can be confirmed with a single click, eliminating the need to wait for your institution to issue a purchase order or make a prepayment. You also have the flexibility to share your credits with other members of your research group.

  • Credits are secure, non-refundable and never expire.
  • They can be used by other researchers or students in your group.
  • For every €1000 worth of credits you pre-purchase, we add a €50 bonus.
  • Credits can be used alone or in combination with other forms of payment, for example when the remaining balance is insufficient to pay for a job.
  • Purchased credits will be shown on your profile page under "Remaining balance".
