We review the scope and send you a proforma invoice (quote); you issue a purchase order (institutional clients from within the EU only) or prepay by debit/credit card, digital wallet or bank transfer.

We edit your existing text; we do not create new scientific content. Charged per word.

TRANSLATING

  • We translate your manuscript, presentation, abstract, thesis, CV, etc. from your native language* to English
  • We edit and format your manuscript to author guidelines
  • We reduce the word count, etc.

*You can send us your documents in the following languages: Spanish, German, French, Japanese, and Chinese. Charged per word.

CONSULTING

  • Help formulate replies to reviewers
  • Create figures, tables, or posters
  • Perform statistical data analyses or numerical modelling
  • Synthesize internal reports into a publishable manuscript
  • Create literature reviews, etc.

Charged per hour or we may negotiate a job-based flat fee.

Do you want to expedite the order process? Or maybe you have some money left over in your project that needs to be spent before a certain date? Why not use it to buy some credits which you can redeem at a later time for our editing, translating, or consulting services? Credits never expire and for every €1000 you spend we will add a €50 bonus.
